Harlem is home to various races and most of the year is cloudy. Anyone can rent equipment here and enjoy water leisure at the river in front of them. Young children skateboard and become one regardless of race. In addition, a sense of community is improved through a cafe where residents can stay and rest.

The park on the right side of the river is naturally connected to the site. Children can skateboard here.
