The Final Bridge

I started off the project noticing that the site was divided by a series of edges (River, Street) that are also connected by a series of bridges, I took this bridge concept and thought about it more metaphorically. This strong connection that this site has must be brought into the proposed site to connect one last bridge which Is bringing the neighborhood together. The three buildings represent the three bridges that connect the two lands separated by the river. The three masses are then shifted to fully take advantage of the riverfront view. The heights of the three buildings allow the surrounding site context to get most of the views of the river, Then the structures are subtracted by the shape of the river that allows the bridges to exist. After the concept was done I set up the file on Rhino3D, rendered it using V-Ray, and brought it to illustrator and photoshop to create the final touches of this unique sequence diagram.
