Detailed information/workflow about the image

After researching and understanding the FAU USP building, we came to the conclusion that a section perspective would offer an effective visual representation of its spatial continuity and how its large free central atrium both separates and connects the various programs together. The section was made on Rhino 3D and was taken at a particular point that reveals the building’s flexible program that encourages interaction amongst occupants. VRay was used to apply materials and create a realistic render, bringing attention to how the natural lighting interacts and penetrates the thick concrete skylights. Photoshop allowed an extra layer of realism through the collaging of the site and depiction of human interaction that is typically seen in architecture schools.
