The building’s use is a high-density communal housing built on an urban site in Auckland, New Zealand.

This building aims to mitigate the ongoing inflation on housing prices by creating a unique, yet, functional form of residential housing which inform the needs for Aucklanders.

Using a simple cuboid shape, the volume has been manipulated to achieve the different aspects of a communal housing while considering the overall context of the site such as accessibility, environmental and efficiency.
