Pink Lemonade

The concept behind this visualization is based on Kahn's use of the grid, which is expressed through the skylights that surround two interior courtyards. Although slightly varied, the use of the grid is also seen on the exterior of the building. Glazed openings and skylights are highlighted through the use of multiple hatches. I exported a 2D graphic from Sketchup to Rhino, exported the linework to illustrator, and live painted using hatches.
