Building concept :

We suggest a massive housing complex that utilize the accessible and riverside view potential of the site. As a consequence, the huge housing mass are automatically blocking visual contact from other buildings. Therefore, we create several voids through the massing in order to "peek" the riverside view.

Diagram process :

Opacity are the key point to deliver the concept of this project. The diagram shows how the massing are gradually hollowed, in order to giving visual access to the riverside view. We play with opacity level to presenting viewpoints from the buildings behind, throughout the building massing, to the landscape across.
