I found the base to be a hub, connecting the two ends of the river and the left and right street contours. There is a very good natural environment next to the site and I wanted to create more pedestrian space to connect to the green space along the river and bring the green belt into the building. The use of fragmentation and staggered heights and setbacks will increase the ventilation and lighting of the building.
