Detailed information/workflow about the image
The Massing starts with the form of a typical courtyard building and using a void to create spiral circulation connecting the green space all the way up from ground floor to the top floor. The spiral void also opens up the view for the back zone residential.
The Graphic gives an essence between physical model and digital and replicates the massing decisions with blue foam model which is the traditional way of form finding.
The 3d massing was shaped in Rhinoceros and rendered in Vray then Final Touch up all the line weights and other elements in Adobe Illustrator.
